What this site collects

The data controller is 3S-Innovation SARL, Monaco (contact: bnabeth@3s-innovation.com).

Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure site traffic: page views, origin, device, visit length. It sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_*), kept for 13 months at most, and IP addresses are anonymised. The data is used only to improve the site and may be transferred to Google servers, including outside the European Union, under Google’s contractual safeguards.

Legal basis: your consent. No cookie is set before you choose. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookies” button at the bottom of each page; refusing has no effect on how you can use the site.

Contact form

The form sends your message by email to the 3S-Innovation team (Bruno Nabeth, Laurence Nabeth and Nathalie Samson-Maguet) from the site’s hosting server. Your name, email address and message are not stored on the site: they only appear in the email received. A hidden field and an hourly sending limit protect the form against spam, without cookies. We use the information received only to answer your request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, objection to or deletion of your data by writing to bnabeth@3s-innovation.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the Monaco Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP, apdp.mc) or, if you live in the European Union, your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL, cnil.fr).

Hosting logs

Like any web server, OVH’s server keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and proper operation of the site, for a limited time.
